Overview:

Learn to bring out the best in others by developing and adapting your leadership style and managing the conditions that drive team performance.

Ideal participant:

This workshop is designed to help Managers, Functional specialists or Individual contributors prepare for Leadership. 

Content:

Transitioning from a Manager/Individual contributor into a Leader

Understanding Leadership Psychology 

Emotional Intelligence 

The drivers of motivation 

Having Leadership/courageous conversations 

Post workshop:

Every participant will receive a follow-up coaching session in order to help apply the principles learnt at the workshop 

What to expect:

Please note that numbers at this workshop will be limited to five people in order for each participant to have the opportunity to develop strategies to deal with any real-life work scenarios they are  facing.

The workshop will be held outside of the CBD at an idyllic location in order provide a better leaning experience.

The Facilitator:

This workshop will be facilitated by Mark Wager who is widely regarded as one of the worlds top Leadership experts. Originally from the United Kingdom and now based in Auckland, New Zealand. During the last thirty years Mark has helped develop  Leaders from some of the regions top organisations such as:

Amnesty International, Barnardos, The Blues, Heartland Bank, NZ Rugby League, NZ Soccer, NZ Netball, the Ministry of Primary Industries, NZ Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Oxfam, The Wellington Phoenix, Weta workshops and many more
